Tenise T. Tucker is a collaborative leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients identify and resolve gaps in administrative processes to maximize operational efficiency. Her ability to mobilize strategic planning initiatives has been a key asset in acquiring new business and facilitating contract extensions.
Tenise has excelled as a Supply Chain Account Manager, supporting organizational leadership teams in integrating departmental processes while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.
Tenise was able to combine and leverage her Operations Management experience, along with her Administrative expertise to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, her meticulous attention to detail has been instrumental in developing solutions for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of contract deliverables throughout the transaction process.
As the proprietor of The Tucker Effect, Tenise continues to facilitate collaboration between Real Estate professionals and their clients, enabling her to coordinate the intricate details of the transaction and listings from contract to closing.
